4. The fees for an application for authorization under subparagraph 3 of the first paragraph of section 22 of the Act are as follows:

(1)  for a project involving

(a)  a treatment facility for drinking water supplied by a distribution system that supplies 1,000 persons or more: $1,398;

(b)  installation of a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving 1,000 persons or more: $2,801; installation of a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving fewer than 1,000 persons or installation of any other domestic wastewater treatment facility: $699. If environmental emission objectives apply to the project owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment, the following fees are added:

i.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate equal to or lower than 20 m3 per day: $306;

ii.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate greater than 20 m3 per day but equal to or lower than 2,500 m3 per day: $1,316; and;

iii.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate greater than 2,500 m3 per day: $2,062;

(c)  installation of a wastewater treatment facility for an industrial establishment, a quarry, a sand pit or a mine: $1,398; fees of $3,364 are added if environmental emission objectives apply to the project owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment; or

(d)  installation of a wastewater treatment facility for any other project not expressly covered by subparagraph b or c: $699; fees of $2,480 are added if environmental emission objectives, owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment, apply to a project involving a landfill, a contaminated soil treatment site or an engineered landfill; and

(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $699.

4. The fees for an application for authorization under subparagraph 3 of the first paragraph of section 22 of the Act are as follows:

(1)  for a project involving

(a)  a treatment facility for drinking water supplied by a distribution system that supplies 1,000 persons or more: $1,384;

(b)  installation of a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving 1,000 persons or more: $2,772; installation of a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving fewer than 1,000 persons or installation of any other domestic wastewater treatment facility: $692. If environmental emission objectives apply to the project owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment, the following fees are added:

i.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate equal to or lower than 20 m3 per day: $303;

ii.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate greater than 20 m3 per day but equal to or lower than 2,500 m3 per day: $1,302; and;

iii.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate greater than 2,500 m3 per day: $2,041;

(c)  installation of a wastewater treatment facility for an industrial establishment, a quarry, a sand pit or a mine: $1,384; fees of $3,329 are added if environmental emission objectives apply to the project owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment; or

(d)  installation of a wastewater treatment facility for any other project not expressly covered by subparagraph b or c: $692; fees of $2,454 are added if environmental emission objectives, owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment, apply to a project involving a landfill, a contaminated soil treatment site or an engineered landfill; and

(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $692.

4. The fees for an application for authorization under subparagraph 3 of the first paragraph of section 22 of the Act are as follows:

(1)  for a project involving

(a)  a treatment facility for drinking water supplied by a distribution system that supplies 1,000 persons or more: $1,358;

(b)  installation of a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving 1,000 persons or more: $2,719; installation of a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving fewer than 1,000 persons or installation of any other domestic wastewater treatment facility: $679. If environmental emission objectives apply to the project owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment, the following fees are added:

i.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate equal to or lower than 20 m3 per day: $297;

ii.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate greater than 20 m3 per day but equal to or lower than 2,500 m3 per day: $1,277; and;

iii.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate greater than 2,500 m3 per day: $2,002;

(c)  installation of a wastewater treatment facility for an industrial establishment, a quarry, a sand pit or a mine: $1,358; fees of $3,266 are added if environmental emission objectives apply to the project owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment; or

(d)  installation of a wastewater treatment facility for any other project not expressly covered by subparagraph b or c: $679; fees of $2,407 are added if environmental emission objectives, owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment, apply to a project involving a landfill, a contaminated soil treatment site or an engineered landfill; and

(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $679.

(1)  for a project involving

(a)  a treatment facility for drinking water supplied by a distribution system that supplies 1,000 persons or more: $1,358;

(b)  installation of a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving 1,000 persons or more: $2,719; installation of a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving fewer than 1,000 persons or installation of any other domestic wastewater treatment facility: $679. If environmental emission objectives apply to the project owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment, the following fees are added:

i.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate equal to or lower than 20 m3 per day: $297;

ii.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate greater than 20 m3 per day but equal to or lower than 2,500 m3 per day: $1,277; and;

iii.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate greater than 2,500 m3 per day: $2,002;

(c)  installation of a wastewater treatment facility for an industrial establishment, a quarry, a sand pit or a mine: $1,358; fees of $3,266 are added if environmental emission objectives apply to the project owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment; or

(d)  installation of a wastewater treatment facility for any other project not expressly covered by subparagraph b or c: $679; fees of $2,407 are added if environmental emission objectives, owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment, apply to a project involving a landfill, a contaminated soil treatment site or an engineered landfill; and

(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $679.

4. The fees for an application for authorization under section 32 of the Act are as follows:

(1)  for a project involving

(a)  a treatment facility for drinking water supplied by a distribution system that supplies 1,000 persons or more: $1,329;

(b)  installation of a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving 1,000 persons or more: $2,660; installation of a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving fewer than 1,000 persons or installation of any other domestic wastewater treatment facility: $664. If environmental emission objectives apply to the project owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment, the following fees are added:

i.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate equal to or lower than 20 m3 per day: $291;

ii.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate greater than 20 m3 per day but equal to or lower than 2,500 m3 per day: $1,249; and;

iii.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate greater than 2,500 m3 per day: $1,959;

(c)  installation of a wastewater treatment facility for an industrial establishment, a quarry, a sand pit or a mine: $1,329; fees of $3,195 are added if environmental emission objectives apply to the project owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment; or

(d)  installation of a wastewater treatment facility for any other project not expressly covered by subparagraph b or c: $664; fees of $2,355 are added if environmental emission objectives, owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment, apply to a project involving a landfill, a contaminated soil treatment site or an engineered landfill; and

(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $664.

4. The fees for an application for authorization under section 32 of the Act are as follows:

(1)  for a project involving

(a)  a treatment facility for drinking water supplied by a distribution system that supplies 1,000 persons or more: $1,309;

(b)  installation of a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving 1,000 persons or more: $2,621; installation of a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving fewer than 1,000 persons or installation of any other domestic wastewater treatment facility: $654. If environmental emission objectives apply to the project owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment, the following fees are added:

i.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate equal to or lower than 20 m3 per day: $287;

ii.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate greater than 20 m3 per day but equal to or lower than 2,500 m3 per day: $1,231; and;

iii.  for a project involving installation of a wastewater treatment facility with an average annual flow rate greater than 2,500 m3 per day: $1,930;

(c)  installation of a wastewater treatment facility for an industrial establishment, a quarry, a sand pit or a mine: $1,309; fees of $3,148 are added if environmental emission objectives apply to the project owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment; or

(d)  installation of a wastewater treatment facility for any other project not expressly covered by subparagraph b or c: $654; fees of $2,320 are added if environmental emission objectives, owing to wastewater being discharged into the environment, apply to a project involving a landfill, a contaminated soil treatment site or an engineered landfill; and

(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $654.

4. The fees for an application for authorization under section 32 of the Act are as follows:

(1)  for a project involving

(a)  a treatment facility for drinking water supplied by a distribution system that supplies 1,000 persons or more: $1,138;

(b)  a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving 1,000 persons or more: $2,279; additional fees of $1,708 are payable where the issue of an authorization for such a project is subject to the determination of environmental discharge objectives due to wastewater discharged into the environment; or

(c)  an industrial establishment, a quarry, a sand pit or a mine: $1,138; additional fees of $2,847 are payable where the issue of an authorization for such a project is subject to the determination of environmental discharge objectives due to process water discharged into the environment; or

(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $569.

4. The fees for an application for authorization under section 32 of the Act are as follows:

(1)  for a project involving

(a)  a treatment facility for drinking water supplied by a distribution system that supplies 1,000 persons or more: $1,124;

(b)  a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving 1,000 persons or more: $2,250; additional fees of $1,687 are payable where the issue of an authorization for such a project is subject to the determination of environmental discharge objectives due to wastewater discharged into the environment; or

(c)  an industrial establishment, a quarry, a sand pit or a mine: $1,124; additional fees of $2,811 are payable where the issue of an authorization for such a project is subject to the determination of environmental discharge objectives due to process water discharged into the environment; or

(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $562.

4. The fees for an application for authorization under section 32 of the Act are as follows:

(1)  for a project involving

(a)  a treatment facility for drinking water supplied by a distribution system that supplies 1,000 persons or more: $1,106;

(b)  a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving 1,000 persons or more: $2,213; additional fees of $1,659 are payable where the issue of an authorization for such a project is subject to the determination of environmental discharge objectives due to wastewater discharged into the environment; or

(c)  an industrial establishment, a quarry, a sand pit or a mine: $1,106; additional fees of $2,765 are payable where the issue of an authorization for such a project is subject to the determination of environmental discharge objectives due to process water discharged into the environment; or

(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $553.

(1)  for a project involving

(a)  a treatment facility for drinking water supplied by a distribution system that supplies 1,000 persons or more: $1,096;

(b)  a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving 1,000 persons or more: $2,192; additional fees of $1,644 are payable where the issue of an authorization for such a project is subject to the determination of environmental discharge objectives due to wastewater discharged into the environment; or

(c)  an industrial establishment, a quarry, a sand pit or a mine: $1,096; additional fees of $2,739 are payable where the issue of an authorization for such a project is subject to the determination of environmental discharge objectives due to process water discharged into the environment; or

(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $548.

4. The fees for an application for authorization under section 32 of the Act are as follows:

(1)  for a project involving

(a)  a treatment facility for drinking water supplied by a distribution system that supplies 1,000 persons or more: $1,075;

(b)  a municipal wastewater treatment facility serving 1,000 persons or more: $2,150; additional fees of $1,613 are payable where the issue of an authorization for such a project is subject to the determination of environmental discharge objectives due to wastewater discharged into the environment; or

(c)  an industrial establishment, a quarry, a sand pit or a mine: $1,075; additional fees of $2,687 are payable where the issue of an authorization for such a project is subject to the determination of environmental discharge objectives due to process water discharged into the environment; or

(2)  for any other project not expressly covered by paragraph 1: $538.
